29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):    At the job site located at 350 W Mary St. Lansing, Kansas, the employer failed to develop written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address the hazards associated with gasoline used onsite. Gasoline is a skinand eye irritant and flammable.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  At the job site located at 350 W Mary St. Lansing, Kansas, employees were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer  failed to train the employees on the hazards of chemicals used onsite. Gasoline could cause severe skin burns and serious eye damage.
