29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about June 6, 2023, at an establishment located at 1333 Townline Rd, Wausau, WI, an employee of CustomCraft Roofing & Construction, LLC was present at an active jobsite and observed subcontractors being exposed to fall hazards of over 10 feet 3 inches and failed to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate the hazard.
