29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50 feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets.  On or about June 7, 2023, employees performed roofing work without fall protection from a roof greater than six (6) feet to the ground below.   1. Premier South Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1418442, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-27-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4740 Bluebonnet Blvd, BATON ROUGE, LA 70809.  2. Premier South Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1442907, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-06-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4740 Bluebonnet Blvd, BATON ROUGE, LA 70809.  3. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface, and the ladder's length allowed, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed.  On or about June 7, 2023, the employees were using an extension ladder to access the roof without the ladder being extended at least 3 feet beyond the roofline.
