29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1):Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. a) On or about June 6, 2023, at the Warehouse located at 1601 Dolgner Place, cabinet building shop: , employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the Jet Model: JTAS-10DX Serial number: 2302159 was being operated to cut custom made cabinets, without a 10" circular saw blade guard.
