29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On June 5, 2023, at 7321 29th Street South, Fargo, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 11 feet while setting up roof trusses with a pneumatic framing nail gun without the use of fall protection. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1537236, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2730 14th Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota.
