29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) On February 6, 2025 and at times prior, at 1102 Aspen Terrace in West Fargo, North Dakota, employees engaged in roof sheathing were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet without fall protection systems in place. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1675480, Citation 1, Item 1, with a final order date of July 17, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at or near 7321 29th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1537236, Citation 1, Item 1, with a final order date of November 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at or near 2730 14th Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota.
