29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: (a) Single-family home, north side exterior; Workers were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 28-feet, 5-inches above ground level while installing siding and performing related exterior construction activities from a pump jack scaffold system that was not equipped with complete guardrail and alternative fall protection method(s) were not in use.
