29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Employees walking/working on a surface 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels that are not addressed in 1926.500(a)(2) or in 501(b)(1) through (b)(14) were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: (a) On June 5th, 2023, at or near 6100 36th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota, employees installing roof trusses were walking the top plate of the walls on a commercial building construction project and were exposed to fall hazards of over 17 feet.
