29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with the standards set forth in 29 CFR 1926 as evidenced by the violation(s) noted during the course of the inspection: (a) On or about June 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not sufficiently maintained an accident prevention program to address hazards to which the employees of subcontractors are exposed. Hazards include but are not limited to, lack of use of personal protective equipment when using power tools without safety glasses and overhead hazards without use of protective helmets, fall hazards and sub-contracted employees exposed to potential struck-by hazards. CSDI Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492841, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1019 W. Main Street, Boise, ID 83702.

CSDI Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482500, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/23/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 808 Cleveland Blvd., Caldwell, ID 83605.
