29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 8, 2023 for employees exposed to potential fall hazards of approximately 17 feet while reroofing an 4x12 pitch roof at or near 2762 Kadlec Drive in Beloit, WI. We Do Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1591715, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3924 Woodland Road, Howard, WI 54313. We Do Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587305, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 223 Air Park Drive, Watertown, WI 53094.
