29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6):The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): (a) On or about June 8, 2023 and at times thereto; a certification was not provided that included the operators name, the date of training, and the identity of the person performing the evaluation for the lift truck operators at this store. NOTE: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. The Home Depot was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384937, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4960 William Flynn Highway Allison Park, PA 15101.
