The employer shall maintain a certification record of inspections which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the power press that was inspected:   On or about August 29, 2023, at a workplace located at 2916 Algoma Blvd. Oshkosh, WI in the Main Press Room and the North Building; the employer's established program of the periodic and regular inspections of the power presses did not cover machine components including, but not limited to, the interior press components, clutch and brake mechanisms, condition and operation of the flywheel, nor the bearings and air systems.
