29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts were less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S: Electric equipment did not have the required depth of the working space to live parts as indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S, in the following instances: a) KL's Office - Panel CO2. b) Main Entrance, Receptionist Service Area - Panel LE. c) Balsam Office - Panel CD. d) Maintenance Room - E-1 Emergency Generator disconnect. e) Maintenance Room - Heat Pump #1 PUMP #1 disconnect. f) Maintenance Room - Panel E-1 PUMP #1 disconnect. g) Maintenance Room - #1 Boiler disconnect. Genesis Healthcare was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357088, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 32 Hospital Street, Gardner, MA 01440.
