The forklift attachment was not certified by the manufacturer of the forklift.  White Sands RV, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575775, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-31-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 19408 AL-59, Summerdale, AL, 36580.
