29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. a) On or about June 14, 2023, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees installing underlayment while working from a residential buildings roof at heights greater than six feet above lower levels were exposed to falls and hazards associated with falls because attached lanyard(s) were not attached to an attachment point of the body harness located in the center of wearer's back near shoulder level.
