29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Worksite, 188 Winnapaug Road, Westerly, RI: On June 7, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet up to 14 feet while performing working on a residential roof without any fall protection or alternative fall protection measure. Orellana Carpentry, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1563997, Citation number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 31 Chestnut Street in Rocky Hill, CT.
