Employees were not using fall protection and were exposed to falls up to 23 feet from the top of second floor to ground.   (b) On the roof at the back side of the house: On June 15, 2023, and times prior, an employee was installing sheathing on the roof of a two story home. The employee was not using fall protection and was exposed to a fall of 23 feet eave to ground.
