A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction.   At 256 Murdock Ave.  Winchendon MA:  On June 15, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that the areas in and around the paint booth where clear of obstruction within 3 feet in any direction.  Various paint cans, mixing table accessories, tables, and equipment and were observed in and around the paint booth.
