Location: 183 Sitgreaves Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Precast Department A) On or about 6/13/23, an employee was performing rigging operations connecting a sling hook on a ladle to an overhead crane. The employee's finger was crushed while the crane was being operated.
