An accident occurred in which an employees finger was caught in the return chain conveyor of the green line chain, while moving boards on the conveyor line.  B) Hickman Lumber Company on or about June 15, 2023 at the address of 4965 Emlenton Clintonville, Rd. Emlenton, PA: employees are exposed to 4 unguarded chain and sprockets roughly 3 feet off of the ground on the west side of the green chain conveyor at the end of the chain conveyor. Each chain and sprocket moves material down the chain that carries lumber down the line.  C) Hickman Lumber Company on or about June 15, 2023 at the address of 4965 Emlenton Clintonville, Rd. Emlenton, PA: employees are exposed to 5 unguarded chain and sprockets roughly 3 feet off of the ground on the south side of the Cornell Trimmer chain conveyor moving material to the green chain conveyor.
