29 CFR  1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet, section 5.8.4:  A) Hickman Lumber Company on or about June 15, 2023 at the address of 4965 Emlenton Clintonville, Rd. Emlenton, PA: Employees use oxygen and acetylene tanks for cutting operations without the tanks being secure, the tanks are free standing during cutting operations. The cylinders were located on the north side of the main facility next to the wood conveyor.
