29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing and labeling. 1. Located in the back of house, a magic chef miniature refrigerator was plugged into a relocatable power tap. 2. In the employee break room, a 1000 W output Hamilton Beach microwave was plugged into a relocatable power tap instead of directly to a properly grounded outlet as per the instructions on the back of the microwave. 3. Located behind the hotel lobby desk near the printer, a relocatable power tap was affixed to the interior wall using zip ties. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.

Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard that could have led to injuries such as electric shock or burns from fire.
