29 CFR 1926.753(c)(1)(i)(L): Cranes being used in steel erection activities were not visually inspected prior to each shift by a competent person; including inspection of the hoisting equipment for level position after each move and setup. a) Jobsite located at 1120 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. - The employer did not ensure the hoisting equipment used to remove steel I-beams from a flatbed trailer was level after each move thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Condition noted on or about June 16, 2023.
