29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On the roof of the residential construction site located at 10411 Wet Marsh, Parrish, FL: On or about 06/22/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work on a new construction residential home 5:12 pitch roof approximately 10 ft. above the ground.
