29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On a 5:12 pitched roof of a temporary residential worksite located at 9471 Balsam Fir Court in Jacksonville, Florida 32208: On or about October 10, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 8.5 to 18-foot, in that fall protection were not utilized by employees while performing roofing work. Trubar Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678325, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 10411 West Marsh Ct, Parrish, FL 34219.
