29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Location 1: paint and floor area On or about 6/22/2023, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns from energized electrical box with a bent/damaged cover. Location 2: paint and floor area On or about 6/22/2023, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns from an energized outlet box which had the conduit pulled out of the box allowing a direct pull on the electrical connections in the box. Location 3: Paint area On or about 6/22/2023, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn from a 36 inch pedestal fan used with the ground pin missing.
