29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At the job site located at 4109 158th St., Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in gutter installation activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not provided access to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for Spectra Gutter Systems spray paint at the jobsite. The chemical hazards associated with Spectra Gutter Systems spray paint are flammable, harmful in contact with skin, skin irritant, eye irritant, harmful if inhaled, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause genetic defects, and contain gas under pressure that may explode if heated.
