29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about June 2, 2023 at 29500 Solon Road, Solon OH 44139, the employer failed to ensure employees performing troubleshooting and maintenance, on the Hydromat Machine inverter utilized lockout/tagout procedures. Employees reach inside the machine and only depend on interlocks to maintain safety while performing maintenance.
