29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i):Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: Location: site On or about 6/27/2023, an employee working on an Advanced Lift, model T2-60608 serial 53769/0818 was not utilizing personal protective equipment while accessing the energized 230 volt electrical box to bypass the lift's pendent controller.
