29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: a) Establishment, 1892 Central Avenue, Albany NY 12205, Storage Area: On or about 06/28/2023, the exit sign in the storage area was ready for emergency use in that the lights were not working when tested. This is a hazard due to the event of a power outage the sign would not be illuminated to show exit routes.
