29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) On or about June 23 , 2023, at the jobsite located at S97W13333 Lloyd Mangrum Ct., Muskego, WI, while conducting siding work from the roof of a residential home, employees were not protected from falling, exposing employees to an eight foot fall hazard. Rodriguez Exterior Work Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581137, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 231 Achievement Drive Brillion, WI 54110.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):Basic Requirement. Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA. (a) On or about June 23 , 2023, at the jobsite located at S97W13333 Lloyd Mangrum Ct., Muskego, WI, the employer failed to report a work-related injury that resulted in an in-patient hospitalization within 24 hours to OSHA.
