The electronic safety devices (interlocks) that ensure that the Graphic Packaging International machine on the beer line does not operate while doors are open, were bypassed via the magnetic sensors being taped together.   This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.    (b)  On or about June  28, 2023, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure workers remained safe while operating the Climax machine.   Workers climb on the machine  when cans fall to correct the situation, and are thereby bypassing guards and exposed to caught-in hazards.
