29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2): Temporary electrical power and lighting installations of 600 volts, nominal, or less were used for purposes other than those permitted in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this paragraph: a) Establishment, storage room: On or about July 6, 2023, for employees who work near the desk and bulletin board area, the employer used temporary electrical power as permanent wiring in that an extension cord was powering a sump pump in the storage room. The Sump pump was located in a pit as a permanent item in use.
