29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: (a) On or about June 30, 2023, the outside servicing personnel engaged in servicing and maintenance on the Line 3 Conveyor Line (Adjustoveyor Model #2065T18FBLQ), did not inform or discuss with the onsite host employer each other's respective lockout or tagout program and procedures prior to conducting servicing and maintenance work on the Line 3 Conveyor Line.
