OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that an employee was exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards while dismantling form work components, Strong Backs Brace Frame (SBBF) that were free-standing and unsecured: a) Jobsite located at 3201 Cuthbert St., Philadelphia, PA 19103 - The Employer failed to protect employees against crushing and struck-by hazards in that while in the process of dismantling form work, two SBBF each measuring approximately 13 feet 10 inches in height, and weighing approximately 3,300 lbs. were left free standing and unsecured. Condition noted on or about July 5, 2023.
