(a) Facility Wide- On July 7, 2023, the employer did not maintain a separate OSHA 300 Log for Brake Parts, Inc. LLC, located at 3001 N. Darrell Road, Island Lake, Illinois 60042. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
