29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: In the main operating area, machinery was not provided with point of operation guarding exposing employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards in the following instances: 1) The yellow DeWalt handheld grinder on the work bench by the east wall was missing point of operation guarding 2) The green band saw on the west wall was missing a guard at point of operation. At least 2 inches of the unused blade was exposed 3) The Machinery 8'' drill press on the west wall was not equipped with a guard around the rotating chuck
