29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about July 11, 2023, the employer did not provide a clear path to the eye wash station located by the acid wash line.  The eye wash station was blocked by a floor scrubber and various materials.

29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that guardrail systems met the requirement that  midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members that are installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system as follows when there is not a wall or parapet that is at least 21 inches (53 cm) high.  On or about July 11, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees who work in the powder coat department were protected from falling. The guardrail system around the powder coat processing line did not have a mid-rail.
