This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).  In the following locations: a)Laundry room two extension cords were spliced together and one end terminated in an outlet box.  The outlet box was powering an Amana air conditioner unit. b) Lobby storage room had an extension cord plugged into a surge protector to power a microwave and coffee maker.
