Delos Reyes Palm Springs: On or before July 11, 2023, employees conducted cleaning, and disinfecting tasks with First Street Glass Cleaner with Ammonia and Clorox Professional Instant Mold Stain Mildew Stain Remover with Bleach did not have labels containing appropriate health and safety warnings were affixed to the containers. This condition exposed employees to eye and skin redness, blurred vision, and/or abrasion to the cornea.
