29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) Oglesby Construction Inc. on or about July 10, 2023 at the address of 1600 Toledo Rd Norwalk, OH: The employer did not ensure the Grizzly Industrial Table Saw was equipped with a hood guard. An employee was using the saw to rip down plywood pieces when his right hand came in contact with the unguarded blade, resulting in an amputation.
