29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a.) On or about July 18th, 2023, the employees who accessed the stockroom were at risk of a struck-by hazard due to the improper stacking of cardboard boxes at a height of up to 76 inches, and the blue plastic bins and materials on the shelving racks were not stacked in a stable manner to prevent sliding.
