29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) At worksite located at 200 Baychester Ave Bronx New York 10475: The employer did not have an eyewash for employees who are required to use CloroxPro Germicidal Bleach Concentrated when cleaning the two bathrooms onsite. Condition noted on 12/11/2024. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE INSPECTION CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
