Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals shall be changed accordingly: On or about 7/06/2023, at 7975 NW 54 Street, Doral Fl 33166, forklifts with an attachment not approved by the manufacturer was being use to move material such as granite and quartz slabs at the shop area.
