29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the construction site located at 4006 N. Hoover Rd., Wichita, KS, employee(s) engaged in construction framing activities were exposed to fall hazards in that employee(s) were working approximately 10 feet 8 inches high, on the unprotected sides and edges of a commercial structure, without the use of any fall protection. Redline Structures LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1504011, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 3-23-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2767 Anna Ct. Wichita, KS 67201.
