Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:  58 Hadley St., South Hadley, MA: on or about July 17, 2023, two employees  were observed working on a residential structure engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 7 feet above the next lower ground asphalt and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems exposing them to fall from height hazards.
