29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  21 Maple St. Belchertown, MA: On or about November 24, 2023, four employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet above a lower level while performing residential construction work and were not protected from falling by guard rail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system.  EMR Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1683737, citation number 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 58 Hadley St., South Hadley, MA.
