29 CFR 1910.178(g)(11): Precautions were not taken to prevent open flames, sparks, or electric arcs in battery charging area(s): On or about July 19, 2023, and at times prior thereto, in the Dry Storage Area, protective sheathing on electric pallet jack charging cables, was damaged, exposing live electrical wires. Thus, exposing employees to the hazard of electric shock.
