29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1):  Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge.  a) Weld Shop:  On or about July 18, 2023,  the emergency exit in the back of the welding area was locked with a deadbolt at the top of the door preventing employees from opening the door, exposing them to delayed egress and fire hazards.
