29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about July 20, 2023 at 17000 FL 50 Clermont, FL 34711: the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection while employees were laying the area for the roof trusses, on a 20-feet high roof, with a pitch of 6/12, exposing employees to fall hazards.  b) On or about July 27, 2023 at 17000 FL 50 Clermont, FL 34711: the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection while employees were laying the area for the roof trusses, on a 20-feet high roof, with a pitch of 6/12, exposing employees to fall hazards.  Munoz Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1415545, citation number 1, item number 2-c and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 255 Kenwood Trail, Lot 26 Fieldstone, SENOIA, GA 30276.  Munoz Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629741, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 01, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9928 W. 87th St., OVERLAND PARK, KS 66212.
